1. Acceptance of Terms
‍These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TimeFix ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TimeFix platform available at timefix.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

‍2. Description of Service
‍TimeFix is a business SaaS platform that provides scheduling, time management, and calendar coordination tools. Features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Integration with Google Calendar to view, create, and manage events.
  • Automated scheduling and time-tracking workflows.
  • Team collaboration and calendar sharing tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

‍3. Eligibility
‍You must be at least 13 years of age to use TimeFix. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using TimeFix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

‍4. Accounts & Registration
‍To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties.

  • Notify us immediately at support@timefix.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

‍5. Google Integration & Permissions
‍TimeFix integrates with Google services via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access the following on your behalf:

  • Non-Sensitive Your Google account email address, public profile information, and OpenID identity.
  • Sensitive View and edit events on your Google Calendars (auth/calendar.events) and full calendar management (auth/calendar).

We access your Google data solely to provide TimeFix's core features. We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.You may revoke TimeFix's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may limit or disable certain features of the Service.Your use of Google services through TimeFix is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

‍6. Acceptable Use
‍You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
  • Use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any abusive purpose.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including account suspension or termination.

‍7. Intellectual Property
‍All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of TimeFix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

‍8. Subscription & Billing
‍Some features of TimeFix may require a paid subscription. If you sign up for a paid plan:Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge at billing@timefix.com.

‍9. Termination
‍You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

‍10. Disclaimers
‍The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from technical failures or third-party service outages (including Google Calendar downtime).

‍11. Limitation of Liability
‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeFix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

‍12. Indemnification
‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeFix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law
‍These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.Note: You may wish to specify your state/country of incorporation here.

‍We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
